How to Use

Simply add whole to cookie and muffin recipes. Melts wonderfully in a bowl over a pot of gently boiling water. Carefully move the chocolate around with a wooden spatula to melt evenly. To avoid splitting, keep the temperature of the chocolate below 40 degrees celsius. Use for sauces, ganache or dipping fruit.
