How to Use

How to Transition to a Natural Shampoo:

Many users find that there is a transition period, called the "purge", when switching from a standard chemical based shampoo to a natural shampoo bar. You may experience dry or oily hair and scalp, or a bit of both, or your hair may frizz or feel waxy as if there is a residue left in your hair. However this is just the hair readjusting and the scalp realigning oil production. This period can last around one week depending on how damaged your hair is and will eventually go away. If you stick with it, once your hair has adjusted to the new shampoo it will feel softer and cleaner and be easier to manage. This is because natural shampoo bars clean and condition your hair without stripping your hair of its natural sebum. A natural shampoo bar can also help with dandruff problems.
