How to Use:

Soya beans have the same protein content of meat and dairy products, and therefore make a great addition towards a balanced vegan diet. Soya beans can be used to make soy milk, tempeh and tofu.

Dried soya beans can also be used in cooking. Soak the beans for a minimum of 8 -10 hours or overnight. Then boil for 2-3 hours or in a slow cooker.

For a nutritious snack, remove the skins, season with your favourite spices and roast.
