Ingredients

Base
65g or 2/3 C almond meal 🌱
55g or 1/3 C coconut flour 🌱
2 Tbsp coconut oil 🌱
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup 🌱
Caramel
90g or 1 C shredded coconut 🌱
16g or 1/4 C tahini 🌱
3 Tbsp coconut oil 🌱
3 Tbsp pure maple syrup 🌱
1 Tbsp water
Topping
3 Tbsp coconut oil 🌱
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup 🌱
1/2 Tbsp nut butter 🌱
1 Tbsp cacao powder 🌱

Method
- Line a medium sized square cake tin with baking paper. Combine Base ingredients and press into cake tin. Refrigerate.
- Process Caramel ingredients until relatively smooth. Pour over base. Freeze.
- Combine topping ingredients with fork until smooth. Pour over caramel and refrigerate or freeze. Store in a sealed container.
