Delivery Timings

From Monday to Wednesday we aim to prepare all orders the next day and send them out the day after.

All orders received on Thursday, Friday or on the weekend will most likely be sent out the following Monday. We do this in order to make sure your order is packed fresh and doesn't sit in a depot warehouse all weekend!

Depending on your location and the availability of couriers, orders usually arrive the next day after dispatch (i.e. an order completed Monday is prepared Tuesday, picked up Wednesday and delivered Thursday).

Of course, if we can get it to your goodies to you faster we will. If you need a specific day or time, or your order is urgent please add an order note or drop us an email and we will do our best.

Delivery Charges

Calculated and applied at checkout.

Delivery charges to the UK mainland are £5.00 including VAT up to a order value of £50 before applying the delivery cost. Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.

If your order is particularly heavy (>18 kg) we reserve to right to charge an additional excess weight surcharge that we will discuss with you beforehand.

Delivery charges to Northern Ireland will be £10.00 with the same excess weight conditionals applying.

Please Note: If you would like to physically sign for your package please make a note in the delivery instructions/comments section and we will ensure the driver will not leave your order until it has been signed for. This may result in an additional £1.50 signing fee (charged by the courier company)
