Procurement Administrator
Job Overview
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our stock and supplier processes are efficient and well-managed.
Working Hours & Salary:
- Full-time role: flexible working, minimum 3 days per week in our Wandsworth office.
- Salary: £28,000 per year
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Purchase Order Management – Raise and track purchase orders, confirm supplier details, and coordinate deliveries.
- Supplier Coordination – Build strong supplier relationships and resolve any order or delivery issues.
- Inventory & Data Management – Maintain and update procurement databases, including Excel, Shopify, and Revel.
- Labelling & Compliance – Manage product labelling processes.
- Ad-Hoc Support – Assist with office inventory, store requests, and procurement-related admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Excel (essential – you should be confident using formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis).
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams.
- Experience with Shopify, Revel, or similar (a plus but not essential).
- Ability to work independently while keeping processes running smoothly.
- InDesign experience for managing product labelling and updates would be a bonus.
