Easy |
Make your own gluten-free granola at home! Perfect to make in a large batch and enjoy throughout the week, this granola is delicious served with milk for breakfast, sprinkled over yoghurt or ice-cream as a healthy dessert, or eaten as a snack when you're on the go!
Ingredients
🌱 = Get It From The Source
1 cup flaked quinoa 🌱
1/4 cup pepitas 🌱
1/4 cup sesame seeds 🌱
1 cup almonds or macadamia nuts (wizz in food processor or Thermomix) 🌱
1/2 cup sultanas 🌱
1 cup other dried fruit of choice (I used blueberries, goji berries and cranberries and chopped these up in the food processor also). 🌱
1/4 cup desiccated coconut 🌱
I also like to add a teaspoon or two of cinnamon 🌱
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in a glass jar in a cool place.
- Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container to avoid the granola going stale.
