Nut Butter Protein Balls

These Nut Butter Balls are the perfect bite-sized snack to conquer the 3pm slump and get you through the rest of the day, in a healthy way. Made using Maple syrup, Honey or black treacle, there’s a hint of bitterness to them but with a deep rich sweetness that’ll have you craving for 3pm everyday!

Ingredients

🌱 90g Organic Rolled Oats

🌱 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Flakes

🌱 2 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seed & almond mix)

🌱 3 tbsp nut butter, your choice

🌱 2 tbsp Maple Syrup / Black Treacle or Honey

Method

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.


2. Roll mix into small snack-sized balls or flat bars.


3. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator, depending on your preference for eating cold or at room temperature.
