1. Pulses & Grains
Our delicious range of locally sourced pulses & grains are grown by independently owned British farms across the UK from Suffock to Cambridgeshire. This passionate group of farmers are particularly interested in producing less well-know pulses like fava beans. Did you know that fava beans have been grown in the UK since the Iron Age!? 😲
Whether you are looking for healthy dinner ingredients like yellow split peas or quinoa, or just want a simple and tasty snack like our roasted salt and vinegar fava beans - we have a locally sourced option for you!
2. Tea
Who doesn't love cozying up with a warm cup of tea on a cold winters day? Rather than reaching for a traditional tea bag made from non-recyclable polypropylene, why not grab a reusable tea strainer and try some delicious local blends at home - calming Camomile anyone?
We have a wide range of locally sourced tea's to choose from to suit any mood or time of day, such as our Organic English Breakfast, Green Tea, Hibiscus, and Matcha (which can be enjoyed plain or mixed with milk for a frothy latte - simply combine with hot water, whisk vigorously with our bamboo matcha whisk and top with your favourite milk).
As well as providing delicious locally grown tea blends, our tea supplier provides fair work conditions for all it's employees through Fairtrade terms. In traditional tea farming workers often don't earn enough to support their families, whereas, Fairtrade terms ensure that all their employees can benefit from better working conditions, proper training and improved healthcare and education within their communities.
And there's even more! Our UK tea supplier works with refugees to provide them with local employment and job ready skills which helps with integration into wider society. So when you brew your next tea blend you can feel warm and fuzzy for more than one reason!
3. Oats
Whether you start your day with a hearty bowl of porridge or enjoy some wholesome weekend baking, oats are a pantry staple! Sourced from a local independent business started by two friends back in the 70's, our range of UK made oats are the perfect addition to your pantry staples. Choose from a range of organic, biodynamic and gluten-free options including...
- Gluten-friendly rolled oats
- Organic pinhead oats

4. Honey
Nestled in the home counties of South Downs lies a local bee farm where we source our delicious Home Counties Honey from. Started in the 1920's by a local family, our Honey supplier now runs 1500 hives using modern hives and bee treatments that keep their bees happy and healthy! The honey is only harvested twice a year to minimise disruption of the bee colony and the bee keepers leave enough honey behind to see the bees through the winter.
Made from mixed wild flowers, our Home Counties Honey has has a beautiful yet subtle flavour that makes it perfect drizzled on top of your morning cereal or yoghurt, or used as a sweetener in your tea or baked goods!
