A healthy alternative to bread, this seed based loaf is both tasty and good for your gut health. Full of nutty goodness, this loaf you make yourself at home is 100% gluten and dairy-free!

Ingredients

Sunflower Seeds*, Psyllium Husk*, Golden Linseed*, Hazelnut Kernels*, Quinoa Flakes*, Chia Seeds, Fine Himalayan Pink Salt. *Certified organic

How to Use

You will also need:
1tbsp Maple Syrup
3tbsp melted Coconut Oil
350ml Water


Instructions:
1. Whisk together wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly (add a tbsp water if mixture is too stiff).
2. Cover with a cloth and rest for a minimum of 2hrs. Dough is ready once it holds shape.
3. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove loaf from tin and return to oven, upside down directly on oven rack.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden and bread sounds hollow. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
