If you have some of our reusable tubs and would like to return them please add this product to your basket. Use the quantity to advise how many tubs you want to return.
After receiving your submission we will email you with a pre-paid shipping label and to arrange a convenient collection date.
Guidance of Preparing Your Tubs for Return
Stack any tubs you have into a single compact column. You can stack up to 8 tubs per column. Place the lids inside the top tub and seal with by securing one of the lids on that tub. Tape the tub across the full height on all sides so its secure. Print and stick / tape the pre-paid return label we have provided and let us know when it is ready for collection so we can schedule a collection date. No need to wash the tubs, we will do this when we receive them.
