This recipe-in-a-jar is a handy standby to have in the pantry for when you want a quick, nutritious and delicious meal!
- Pour the contents of the jar into a medium saucepan, along with 625ml boiling water and 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Bring to the boil whilst whisking to dissolve the coconut milk powder.
- Reduce to a medium simmer, continue to cook, stirring often, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and the pasta is cooked.
- Take off the heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
