These delicious pasta shells are made from organic, British-grown spelt. The grain is stoneground into flour to minimise nutrient loss and results in a great-tasting pasta! Simply add to lightly salted, boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for approximately 9 minutes for perfectly al dente pasta.
