This organic dark roast is a complex coffee with a fruity, exotic aroma. This dark roast is perfect for cappuccino, espresso or ristretto. The coffee grows in Papua New Guinea in the mountainous highlands on more than 1500 m height. About 75% of all the coffee is being cultivated by small farmers.
