Next heat your favourite milk or nut, oat or coconut mylk until steaming. Froth the milk as much as possible with a whisk or milk frother and pour into the matcha paste. If matcha is a bit too earthy for you but you want to enjoy the health benefits such as its high anti-oxidant properties then mix in a natural sweeterner such as maple, agave or honey when preparing the milk.
