Ingredients

Smoothie Base:
1 1/2 cups of oat milk (add more if needed) 🌱
1/2 cup of cooked sweet potato or butternut squash or 1 banana
1/4 cup of oats or cooked porridge 🌱
1 tbs of cacao powder 🌱
1 tbs of carob powder (it gives the smoothie a subtle caramel flavour but you could also use maca powder or more cacao) 🌱
1/2 tsp of cinnamon 🌱
2 tbs of vanilla plant based protein 🌱
1 tsp of instant coffee powder or 2 tbs of espresso 🌱
Toppings:
Toasted coconut chips 🌱
Chewy mulberries 🌱
Sprinkle of cacao nibs 🌱

Method
- In a blender, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Top with a few pieces of cinnamon doughnuts, toasted coconut chips, chewy mulberries and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
