Size B is ideal for those with a very heavy flow, experienced cup users, and those who have given birth vaginally, with a capacity equivalent to 4 tampons. With a smooth coating for added comfort, this cup boasts a capacity of up to four tampons and can be comfortably worn for up to 12 hours, even overnight. Your cup should last 10 years, even with regular use. Once it has reached the end of its life, it is best to check what facilities in your area can recycle silicone. How to Use

Before first use, boil the cup in water for 20 minutes. Wash your hands before you begin. To prepare for insertion, start by folding the cup. The most popular is the ‘C Fold’ method: pinch the cup together and fold it in half. Try different positions to help you relax, such as sitting on the toilet, elevating one leg or squatting. Place the cup at the vagina entrance and insert slowly, aiming towards your lower back, not straight up. Once the cup is fully inserted, release and allow the cup to open up. The stem of the cup may stick out for some people. To ensure a proper suction seal has been created, run your finger around the base of the cup to ensure there are no folds or dents. To remove, gently pinch the base of the cup to break the suction seal, then slowly and carefully pull it out. Do not pull on the stem as this can cause suction and discomfort. Empty the cup into the toilet or sink. Rinse with water. Re-insert, or if you have finished your period, boil the cup in water for 5-10 minutes to disinfect it before storing it for your next cycle.
