How to Use

You will also need:

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
470ml Plant Based Milk Whisk

Instructions:
1. Add the dry mix into a bowl and mix using a whisk to combine.
2. Slowly pour in the milk until you get a smooth, thick batter. Continue to mix using the whisk.
3. Heat a little of the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat, and add 2 tbsp batter into the pan at a time to make small, round pancakes.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges are set and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook for another 2-3 mins until golden on both sides and cooked through.
5. Keep warm in a low oven while you cook the remaining pancakes
6. Serve stacked with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
