Slow beekeeping is a sustainable farming approach that involves moving colonies in accordance with the seasons to ensure there is an abundance of nectar and pollen. This honey is harvested from beautiful, unspoiled farmlands that are not aggressively farmed and do not use pesticides or insecticides on the land. These organic dairies and sustainable farms are able to produce the highest quality honey whilst protecting the welfare of the bees. This honey is supplied to us closed loop so there is no packaging waste!

From Oxfordshire: Gathered from the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, where the honeybees pollinate broad beans and visit hedgerows tangled with brambles and honeysuckle. A classic natural honey, its mild, floral sweetness makes it ideal for baking.

From Essex: British Borage crop is a light and delicate single origin honey. Borage's vibrant blue bloom is the traditional summer Pimms garnish and is grown for oil with medicinal properties. The honey itself is unusually clear, delicate tasting and really rather incredible. Perfect for herbal teas, on cheese and charcuterie boards and in seasonal salad dressings.

I'm supplied Closed Loop! What does this mean? I'm delivered to stores in reusable containers which, once finished, are returned back to the supplier to be reused again, meaning no waste!
