GnG Mulled Wine Kit

You will also need:
1 bottle of red wine (fruity & full bodied will retain flavour through the heat best).

Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a medium-large saucepan along with 500ml water, bring to a simmer, ensuring sugar dissolves.

2. Turn down the heat and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until fragrant.

3. Cool, then strain through a fine sieve.

4. Combine the wine and syrup in a saucepan, add to taste.

4. Heat and serve as required.

This recipe will make 1 bottle of mulled wine.
