How to Use

It does require a longer cooking time than conventional white pasta, so add to a pan of salted boiling water and keep at a high simmer for at least 10 minutes until al-dente. This pasta is delicious on its own with a light dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and salt, but equally suits a sauce or topping of your desire.
