How to Use

Pre-soak black rice for a few hours (ideally overnight) to reduce its cooking time. Cook in a 1:2 ratio of rice to fresh water (or stock) using the absorption method until rice is 'tender', about 35 minutes if soaked, or 50 minutes if un-soaked.
