Raw Vegan Tiramisu

Enjoy this vegan version of the classic Italian dessert! Scrumptious vanilla cake layered with nuts and maple and all topped off with a thick chocolate layer. It's decadent, smooth, creamy and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients

Crust
1 cup almonds 🌱
1 cup coconut flakes 🌱
1/4 cup melted coconut oil 🌱
1/4 cup maple syrup 🌱
Pinch of salt 🌱


First layer
1 C soaked cashews 🌱
½ Cup coconut flour 🌱
½ C maple syrup 🌱
¼ C melted coconut oil 🌱
¼ C coconut water
1 tsp vanilla powder


Second layer
1 cup soaked cashews 🌱
¼ C coconut oil 🌱
¼ C maple syrup 🌱
¼ C coconut cream
1 Tbsp cacao powder 🌱
5 medjool dates (remove pips) 🌱
1 tsp vanilla powder
Pinch of salt 🌱


Chocolate Topping
200g melted cacao butter 🌱
100g - 150g maple syrup 🌱
80g-100g raw cacao powder 🌱

Method

  1. Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler. Whilst stirring the cacao butter slowly add the maple syrup and cacao powder.
  2. Keep mixing until you get the correct consistency, (it should coat the back of a spoon evenly).
  3. Spread onto the top layer. Refrigerate to set and then enjoy!
